A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with modern appliances opens to the living room, which enjoys direct access out to the clifftop swimming pool and landscaped Mediterranean garden. The extensive outdoor areas stretch across three separate terraces. On upper terrace a shaded pergola features a beautiful dining table with a traditional wood-fire BBQ, offering a perfect entertaining area every hour of the day. Adjacent to the BBQ area is the private lagoon-like infinity swimming pool featuring comfortable sun-beds. One level down, the middle outdoor terrace boasts amazing ocean views and is ideal for parties or relaxed sunset cocktails. It features a bar with four bar stools and refrigerator. The lower terrace features additional sun-beds and a traditional thatched sun umbrella, with direct views down to Agrari and Eila beaches. Another five minutes walk beyond Agrari beach is Elia beach, which is home to a lively beach scene and some great restaurants. The famous party beach of Super Paradise is less than 10 minutes drive. Mykonos Town (Chora) is around 15 minutes drive. Mykonos Airport is just 10 minutes drive. The villa features on-site parking for two cars.
