Feel free to decorate, but no holes in walls 3. Lighting incense or smoking is prohibited 4. Enjoying food in bedroom is OK, but food causing stains or furniture defects will cost extra cleaning fee of 300NT. 5. High power consumptive electronics are absolutely prohibited, such as heater, water boiler, foot massage device, any cooking devices, etc. 1000NT penalty if violated. 6. Guests are responsible for only A/C electricity fee and shower heater fee. 5NT per degree. 7. Free for using fridge and microwave. Cooking is NOT included in the rent. If you wish to cook, it's 500NT/month. Kitchen on the 1st floor (microwave, oven, coffee machine, water dispenser, refrigerator) Parking (must book in advance) Feel free to ask us any questions! We are knowledgeable and are online most of the time to assist. I like to know a little bit more about my friends such as, who you are, what your profession(job) is, who you are travelling with and about your itinerary. I need a name to put on the online registration for self check-in reservation. All guests are required to provide a pic IDs, biz card and air tickets/ event tickets, as well as a selfie holding the ID. Guests failed to provide the above information may be asked to cancel the booking on behalf of guest.
