Two-storey chalet-style holiday home 500 meters from the sea and 50 km from Athens. Quiet environment away from traffic, drowned in greenery. Beaches all along the coast .. Shops nearby (5 min by car). Ideal for family (ies) with child (ren). 3 bedrooms + living room and veranda on 500 m2 of enclosed land. Car park. 6 to 8 beds, 2 bathrooms / W. vs. Full equipment. Sheets, blankets and towels provided. Barbecue. Wi FI Optional cleaning. The location of the house offers the opportunity to visit Athens, its museums and the old town of Plaka without suffering the inconvenience of this big big city and while staying by the sea. Other excursions are recommended, such as the city of ' Chalkis located 15km away and its tidal phenomenon unique in Greece, Eretria with its remains and fine sandy beaches (10km + ferry) and a large part of the island of Ebée. For the bravest, more distant destinations are possible such as Delphi or the Meteora but in these cases it will take the day. The rates vary from 350 € to 550 € per week depending on the period and the rental period.
