Residenze di Rivalto is a group of apartments situated out of historical centre of Rivalto. Terraced house with private entrance and private garden; new accommodation in Tuscan style but a modern furnished. The accommodation offers a free parking place and swimming pool opens 24 hours . Every morning you have a nice continental breakfast. The apartment has two floors with garden. On the ground floor, a diving room with television and sofa bed ( two beds); equipped kitchen with dinner table. On the first floor, there is a bathroom with sink, bidet, wc and shower. The first bedroom has a master bed with wardrobe and balcony, with the view of hills; the second bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe. Good for family. Maximum six people (with sofa bed). The guest can use the pool and the garden around 24 hours a day. The hall is open in the morning till 11 am and in the afternoon from 4 pm to 8 pm for shop, bar and reception. Free access to the second pool in Palazzo del Borgo, just 300 mt far, where you can also find a bar and restaurant Medieval ancient Borgo surrounded by the green hills, chestnut grove and winery. The apartments Residenze is outside the historic centre at 300 mt. In the centre of Rivalto there are a mini market, a bar-tobacco shop, our restaurant la Ripadoro, the butcher shop and bakery. Within walking distance lovely walks in nature, skirt the streams, along road far away from car traffic, enjoy the beautiful panoramic view.
