The flat is only a 5 minute ride to Brady Street. It is 2.5 miles to downtown. Its a 10-12 block walk to UW-Milwauke. Its only half a block to the bike path down to Lake Michigan or up to Estabrook Park, and its only 3 blocks to the Urban Ecology Center. You can be very comfortable in a great location! Its a great location- just minutes from downtown and the lakefront, yet its tucked in a great east-side neighborhood. Off street parking is included and it just a few steps away from your entrance. The flat is on the second floor. It is between 2 other apartments. You may hear your neighbors in the flat above and below you. The nearest bus stop is 3 blocks away on Oakland Ave. It is on a main route. Uber and Lyft rides are readily available in the area.
