Figtrees on Watson is only 6 minutes from Maleny in the peaceful Reesville area. The villa sleeps 5 and is beautifully positioned on a ridge with panoramic views. The villa (which we have dubbed Betharam – the hill house) is well equipped with a chef's kitchen, gas fireplace, fans and air-conditioned bedrooms. It is hidden from the road with lush gardens and natural rock features. The high raked ceilings, glass doors and wide verandahs provide a bright and airy setting to sit back and take in the views and sounds of nature. Modern appliances, cookware and utensils are provided so you can enjoy a quick snack or an in-house cooked meal. Basic pantry staples are provided along with a continental breakfast hamper. This high ceiling apartment has two large bedrooms (1 King bed and 1 Queen bed), modern bathroom with spa bath (shower over) and large open plan living/dining area (with a King single sofa bed for overflow sleeping). Quality bedding and linen is used throughout and toiletries are also provided. The wide verandahs and outdoor seating provide the perfect place to soak up the panoramic views which are spectacular any time of the day but morning and evenings are exceptionally beautiful. The adjoining villa (Betharam villa 2) is about the same size as Betharam (villa 1) with two bedrooms and full kitchen) and is available to book in conjunction with Betharam - it cant be booked separately . Guests have full access to the Betharam villa and the surrounding 12 acres which include landscaped gardens, walking tracks and lush grassed hills. Figtrees on Watson is not suitable for events or weddings and is not suitable for children.
