A bus stop is 50 m away and tram stop is 2 bus stops away. This apartment is on the 1st floor of a house. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a balcony with a view towards park Maksimir and KBC Dubrava. You get your own bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, a living room with a TV and a balcony overlooking the street. The couch can be pulled into a bed to fit 1 more person. We are often complimented for being located away from the noise and crowd, surrounded with trees, but with great access to the center. *Say if you are coming with a car. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet with welcoming neighbors as long as you don't park on their property. A chocolate factory is close by so you can be woken up to a delicious aroma.
