This is a detach building “old bread oven” transformed with 2 small bedroom upstairs under slanted ceiling . One with queen size bed (160 cm) 2 single beds (90cm). Downstairs, shower room with towel warmer and a sitting area to enjoy your breakfast. Small fridge, tea kettle, table and chairs. Electric heating On a big property of 1 acre of land with large pool of 11x6 m by 1.5 m deep, main house and 2 big barns with central court yard facing a large pond accross the road. The 1st rate is for the queen size bedroom for maximum of 2 person, 2 other single beds available at an extra charge of €30 per bed/ person. You will be able to enjoy the pool, patio and garden shared with owner The breakfast is included in the bread oven were you will find everything needed to make coffee or tea, milk,home made jam, butter etc and enjoy a private breakfast at your own schedule The garden, the pool, the patio. Jacuzzi available on request for a fee of €10 per use to allow for cleaning and heating We are happy to interact with our guest but can understand if they prefer to keep to yourself. We do offer « table d’hôte » on request, that is a great way to meet around a good dinner. We are happy to give you info to what to do around or help to make reservations. We are 20 min from Objat, 10 min from Pompadour, 40 min from Brive la Gaillarde, 55 min fro Perigueux, 55 from Limoges The closest village for groceries is 8 km Juillac The only way around is by car, no public transportation This is the deep country side and internet is what it is available in the area, slow but working. Cell service is very limited as well but you are welcome to use the land line if necessary
