It is conveniently located near Circle C, Cherry Supermarket, SM North, Vertis and Trinoma. We have a 32-inch LED tv for watching movies. Our condo unit's kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave oven, convection stove, electric pot, eating and dining utensils. You will also have access to the condo's rooftop access. Currently, the pool is not available for safety reasons. As part of security and safety protocols of the condo admin, pls be advised that guests are required to present a valid id upon checking in. Secured parking is also available in the area. Host can be contacted thru mobile phone and landline. Congressional Town Center is located along Congressional Avenue, Quezon City. Since our condo is located in one of Quezon City's main roads, you can easily reach different commercial establishments - including malls such as SM Cherry Supermarket, Circle C Mall, Ayala Trinoma, and SM North Edsa. Via Grab Car/Taxi, or Private Transportation using Waze -> Set your destination into "Congressional Town Center" or "Security Bank Congressional Avenue". Parking slots are available at the basement and open area on a first-come first- served basis. Overnight parking fee costs Php 220 per night (estimated).
