Relaxing retreat @71 Dillons guest suite

A relaxing getaway located in a rural setting on 6 acres 5 minutes drive from Alstonville village, 20 minutes from Ballina, 30 minutes to Lennox Head and 40 minutes to Byron Bay. Guests have their own sitting/TV room, dining area with tea/coffee making facilities, private three-way bathroom and two bedrooms of which guests can choose to book both bedrooms (at an extra cost) or one bedroom only. A light breakfast is included. BBQ facilities are available upon request. Easy off street parking. The accommodation is separated from the main part of the house making it it's own private self contained area. Guests can step out their front door and enjoy a relaxing afternoon drink while watching the sun set or stroll around the back and relax by the pool area. Chickens free range on the property with sheep and alpacas next door. A tranquil neighborhood with minimal traffic. Guests will be provided a code for entry upon finalisation of booking. Host will be available to answer any questions to ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. We are located in a quiet rural residential area. A 25 minute walk, or 5 minute drive can lead you into the village of Alstonville for a morning coffee. With the coast in one direction and rainforests in the other a vehicle is ideal to allow you to explore our beautiful surrounds. Public transport is not available, however there is a taxi service accessible from Ballina.
