## Space Located on the third floor whitout elevator, you will spend an authentic stay in Lyon in my renovated apartment, in a typically old Lyon building with a high ceiling. Less than 10 minutes from the Metro Part-Dieu, you can quickly enjoy the most beautiful places of our beautiful city! Why do my travelers love my apartment and spend a great time in Lyon? The flat is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room, a modern bathroom with a shower. Upstairs on the mezzanine, you will find two comfortable double beds. It is equipped with a mobile air conditing ( limited effect with outside temperatures from 30°C). Memorable Place does its best to guarantee the loveliest and most secured stay ! Before each stay, the place and all the linen are cleaned and sanitized by a professional anti-COVID cleaning team. According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment. Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :) IMPORTANT : during periods of the year with higher risks of non authorised parties with potential damages (New Year's eve, Halloween, National Holiday...), an exceptional 500€ credit card deposit will be requested prior to your stay (Airbnb reservations included). There will be no possibility to have access to the apartment if the deposit wasn't paid before the stay begins. It costs 18€ for the use of the linen for the whole stay. Example : if 2 persons wish to use the 2 double beds, the extra cost is 18€/stay. By booking, you accept our security camera facing the front door only to control the number of travellers. It only views the front door to allow for an autonomous check-in and check-out.
