Please note there is no parking facility access on site at this building, a free parking pass is included at Liverpool Waters Car Park just a 5 minute walk up the street or parking on single yellows outside the building from 7pm to 7am. Due to restrictions on licence plate registration you will not be able to drive into the apartment complex car park at any stage. Therefore please consider there will be a small walk with baggage when booking this property. Lounge, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, private terrace. Just a 15 minute walk up the docklands to Albert Dock and the main L1 shopping area. 15 minutes drive to Aintree Race Course and 10 minutes drive to Liverpool and Everton football grounds. The city is easily walkable, however taxis in to the city are also between £3-5, another alternative in Liverpool now is the e-scooters which are always available outside the building. The airport is easily accessed by bus from the Liverpool central bus station just a 15 minute walk away. Please note there are some building works going on across the water between 8am and 5pm across the water. There may be some slight noise disturbance during these hours. However as long as doors and windows are closed is incredibly minimal.
