A beautiful, light, spacious and airy terraced house in the peaceful village of West Down situation 10 mins drive from Woolacombe Bay as well as multiple other beaches and surf! The house is full of character with ample private parking out front for up to 4 cars. Two bedrooms facing the front of the house have double beds, the third bedroom has bunk beds where the bottom bunk is a double bed. There is a hot tub in the garden and we’ll behaved dogs are allowed. We are available for any questions via Air BnB messaging West Down is a lovely, peaceful village with a local village shop which stocks all your grocery needs and is also able to order in anything else you might need - just email or call in advance of your arrival. West Down is located approx 10 mins from Woolacombe Bay and Braunton with lots of other beautiful beaches 15 - 20 mins drive (Saunton, Croyde, Putsborough) A car is required and guests can park up to 4 cars directly in front of the house which is private parking Bath towels and linens are provided. We politely request that guests provide their own beach towels and don’t use bath towels for the beach. For any guests who bring dogs, please ensure they stay off sofas and are not permitted upstairs. Please ensure any dog mess is cleared from the garden. Please note that the garden in the rear is raised so small children will need to be supervised at all times as there is a drop from the garden to the patio.
