Shepherds hut /carriage

Welcome to our large shepherds hut with separate shower room and now with a secluded hot tub covered by a wooden gazebo. Set in a large well kept garden on the edge of bodmin over looked by the steam railway line which runs along side the garden. Plenty of wildlife to see. 15 minutes drive to both the north and south coast. Ideal location to many visitor attractions and towns. Cleaning fee is for the use of the hot tub, if this is not required we will refund the amount. Kitchen and seating area equipped with a belfast sink,microwave, hob,toaster, kettle and TV with terrestrial channels and built in dvd player. Going into the bedroom with king size bed, dressing table and chest of draws. Shower,sink,wc and washing machine is situated at the bottom of the steps about a metre away from the shepherds hut. The garden is available to use as required which includes a new sheltered hot tub, which has a wooden gazebo roof to keep off the rain. There are a few different seating areas and a fire pit. You can chill out and listen to the birds. Relax in the hot tub with a nice glass of bubbly. The Bodmin and Wenford steam train goes past on certain days which is always nice to see. We are available with any queries etc most of the time and also use the garden. We like to interact with guests but also respect privacy if required. Message us for special offers for over 3 nights.
