Cosy room 10m from airport and 30m to city centre

The space is modern and cosy, 4km from airport, myself can do the transfer from the airport. There are good transport means to city centre like buses and trains all of the trips less than one hour. Trains can go to Lisbon, Sintra, Tomar, Porto, Faro, etc. The room has 4 very good reading lights, that will let you have a confortable reading in bed, in the sofa or in the desk. The bathroom is very close to the room, almost like a suite once no one can see you walk to/from the bathroom to the room. The room and the flat amenities are perfect for weekend breaks to visit Lisbon and its surroundings like Tomar and its Templarios legacy, Sintra and its gardens and palaces, Setubal and its dolphins, Cascais and Estoril. Quick connections to Porto and Faro by train. Car is the best way to travel around but buses do 30 minutes trips to city centre and train is even faster. The place is quite, good for resting and relaxing after one active day with all you need to feel like at home. Two supermarkets lidl and pingo doce very near, this last has always fresh fish and meat. Guests are invited to use the living room where cable tv is available, the kitchen have dedicated shelves to guests, as well as the fridge. I am always available to help my guests usually using airbnb app or (Hidden by Airbnb) . The neighbourhood is quite but close to main roads and transport means that easily put us on a beautiful beach or on Lisbon city centre to appreciate museums, concerts or other events or pick a train to go further for a one day visit to Sintra, Cascais, Tomar or Coimbra, just to give a few examples of places that worth a visit. Besides that, two supermarkets Lidl and Pingo doce have cheap and fresh fish and meat to prepare tasty food using a very modern and fully equiped kitchen. FROM JULY TO 1st WEEK SEPTEMBER THERE ARE DIRECT BUSES TO COSTA DA CAPARICA BEACHES FROM 8AM TO 18PM. The most convenient transport mean, besides car, is a bus that costs 60 cents that passes every 20m to go to the train station. There you pay a ticket of 1,6 euros to city centre. There are trains that go to several points of the city (S. Apolónia, Entrecampos, Alcântara,etc.) and most stations have metro connections which also go to the airport. Myself can sometimes give some lifts once I like to please my guests and I am always moving around interesting places. The room, the kitchen and the bathroom are super clean and fully equipped with storage for luggage, extra pillows, extra matresses, alocated shelf on the fridge, a big shelf on the kitchen to store food and all very well equipped kitchen to do your home made food. There are three seats in kitchen table but if necessary other table is available for 6 people.
