Room to let: 15 min bus ride from Cardiff Centre

I am offering a double bedroom in my house on the 1st floor with a private bathroom next door. The room has a king bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and space to hang clothes. Bedding, towels and toiletries provided. Parking on the drive in front of the house. You will have exclusive use of the bedroom and bathroom. I will be around if you need anything. Will provide coffee/tea and toast for breakfast. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Quiet residential area Cardiff east. Walking distance of Roath Park Lake. Bus stop into the town centre across the road - buses every 30 mins. Every hour Sundays. Another bus 5 mins walk away and train into the centre a 10 min walk from the house.
