Cozy apartment near Airport/Thessaloniki

Nice apartment with 2 bedrooms ,one living room with a kitchen fully equipped and a really big balcony. Close to the sea ,like 150-200 meters. It is 10 minutes away from the airport Makedonia and 30 minutes from the city centre.You will have your own parking space if you have a car. Apartment located at the center of Perea,with luxurious furniture. Everything you may need is just in front of you.The sea is around 200 meters walking distance. The flat is on the 3rd floor,in a complex of a few apartments and lots of offices. Coffee house ,liquor store,barber shop are at the base of the building. Perfect for couples ,families with a kid or two,executives or a few friends that want to explore Thessaloniki. One great way to do this is by using the ferryboat during the summer months. The flat has 2 bedrooms,in each of them has a large double bed. In the living room there is a sofa and a dining table with 4 (Website hidden by Airbnb) is cable TV,and a speaker witch you can connect your phone through Bluetooth and enjoy your favourite music. The kitchen has everything that you may require if you feel like cooking. Bathroom has a bathtub and a toilet . Last but not least the apartment has a really big balcony ,in which you can just watch the people passing by while you relax and have a coffee ! Access to all the apartment If you are up to ,I would be more than happy to meet as well. Though that can be tricky during the summer months as due to my job ,I do not have any free time But of course you can reach me anytime through phone,or messages ! Anything you may need I will be more than happy to help you out ! It is at the heart of Peraia. Peraia is like a small city ,with a population of around 25.000. It is next to the airport and also really close to Thessaloniki ,the 2nd biggest city of Greece.With a car to get to the centre you need like 20 minutes.
