The hostel Autra Caussa (rhaeto-romanic for "other thing") is made by two travel-lovers who are providing a cozy and affordable accommodation in Switzerland, for other like-minded people. "Holzzimmer" (wood): Space for two, one queen-size bed with private washbasin "Knaschtzimmer" (jail): 2 bunkbeds, space for four, with private washbasin "Gruppenlager":cozy space for up to 12 people on the upper floor of the house. 8 single-beds and two "flying" double-beds Smokers lounge - not heated Basement for winter-sports equipment Talbletop soccer Kitchen Living Room with instruments Guest should not hesitate to contact owners at any time for any reason. But our guests have their privacy if they want so. We are also looking for creative and open minds and helping hands who wants to collaborate with us. heart inspires art art inspires heart by car: From Chur its 40km to Danis. San Bernardino/ Disentis/ Flims (A 13) then Exit 18 Disentis/ Ilanz/ Mustér/ Flims/ Domat/ Ems. Route 19 until Exit Tavanasa/ Danis/ Breil- Brigels. Pass the bridge on the left, after 500meters you already see the hostel. Parking space is in front of the house. Near the hostel is the trainstation: "Tavanasa" from there its a 10-15 minutes walk to the hostel. There is also a bus station in the centre of Danis "Danis"- which is 2 minutes by walk from the hostel SORRY, CASH ONLY - no cards accepted For the key we charge a deposit of CHF 20,- (you'll get it back when checking out) Also there is an additional charge of CHF 2,40 per person and night (Kurtaxe: Visitor's tax) which has to be paid at check-out.
