The Little Pool House in Inner Brisbane

Welcome to my Graceville Pool House! It has a reverse-cycle air-conditioner to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. The queen-size bed has a quality mattress topper and both soft and firm pillows. The quilt and bed-linen are also high quality - a good night's sleep is almost guaranteed! There is a full kitchenette with sink, stove, microwave, kettle and fridge should you be inclined to cook for yourself. Otherwise, there are some great cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. The ensuite bathroom has quality fittings and fixtures and fresh, fluffy towels. The shower is spacious and the water pressure is good! There's a TV and strong Wi-Fi with average download speeds of 50 Mbps. There is a small wardrobe space with drawers for clothes and a desk area. The pool house fronts onto my in-ground pool. You're welcome to use the pool, but note that my family also use it most days in Summer. If you're planning a romantic getaway, this is not the place! There is plenty of free on-street parking available. You'll be able to access the pool house and pool surrounds. You're welcome to use our trampoline too if you're so inclined! If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to knock or call on my phone. I won’t initiate a conversation unless you do. Graceville is a leafy suburb of Brisbane surrounded by the Brisbane River. Our home is near a large park, and only 15 minutes walk to the Brisbane River walking trail. It’s a safe, quiet neighborhood. The area has many cafes and restaurants within a short walking distance. There are also several supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. Indooroopilly Shopping Centre is only 2 train stops away. The location is excellent - a 5 minute walk to Graceville Railway Station where a train to the city takes only 20 minutes. You can also get a connecting train from the city to the airport. We're also only 2 train stops from Indooroopilly Station, with it's shopping centre, and schools and university in nearby St Lucia. Pat Rafter Tennis Arena is also very close. We're 30 minutes by car from Brisbane Airport. I have 4 children and they like to play outside. The pool house is well insulated from sound and has double-glazed windows, but you may still hear us from time-to-time. It's a busy household with lots of activity, so if you're after absolute privacy or wanting a romantic getaway, this is NOT the place. I also have a dog called Rusty who likes to bark at strangers, however he is secured behind a fence and cannot access guest areas.
