The house is set in a quiet cul de sac at the back of a medium sized (for Cornwall) housing estate. The neighbours are all really friendly. It has beautiful views from the rear garden, which is a real sun trap. 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 with bunk beds). Off road parking for 2 cars and front and rear gardens. Our house is a 2 bedroom terrace house on a housing estate on the edge of Bude, located in Stratton. The estate itself is lovely and quiet and the neighbours are nice and friendly. We have just given the house a complete refresh. It has been painted throughout, had a new bathroom, new patio area and new fencing outside. It is open plan downstairs and has a small porch which you walk in to, followed by the lounge and kitchen on the same level and the dining area is set on a lower level (down 2 steps). Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. Outside, there is parking for 2 cars off road and an enclosed rear garden, plus a front garden as well. It has beautiful views from the rear garden, which is a real sun trap & the beach is around a 25 minute walk. There is a bus stop within walking distance of the house. Unfortunately there are no trains locally. However you can catch a bus to Barnstaple (approx 1 hour) where you could get on the train if required. A car is the best way to get around, although there are buses and taxis available. There is parking for 2 cars on the drive way at the house.
