The Apartment is a ground floor Apartment with terrace and a small garden, brand-new and very stylishly furnished. This modern Apartment offers perfect comfort like Highspeed-WiFi, Radio with CD and Bluetooth, NFC, USB etc., 48 Zoll FullHD Flat Screen with international TV-Channels, DVD/BlauRay-Player, Amazon Fire Stick for Apps like Netflix, an underground parking space, a terrace, a new and perfectly equipped kitchen, bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, washing machine and dryer. Even though the Apartment is absolutely centrally located it is very quiet due to a beautiful patio. The underground parking space is offered for free to our guests. You will love this place and feel like home, away from home…. I promise! PS a nightly tax of 1,50 € per person, per night will be charged on day of Check out. The entire Apartment, including the terrace and the balcony as well as the ground floor parking space can be used by my guests exclusively . The next Tramway station can be reached within one minute. If you arrive with your car you can park on my underground parking space for free. If you arrive with the train you can take the tram lines 3,6,1,7, exit the tram at the third station on „Südtirolerplatz“ and walk to the Apartment in only one minute (the ride takes about 5 minutes). The downtown location guarantees you many stores, boutiques, shopping possibilities, museums, bars and restaurants within minutes. The beautiful Kunsthaus can be reached within a Minute and in 5 minutes you are on Main Square.
