Subic Brick Home

Our home was build out of love and family effort, most everything you see around the house is salvaged from everywhere around the Philippines, from Vigan, PICC, Intramuros, Pampanga and friend's trash but treasure to us. I refurbish, recycle, restore because I believe in the beauty and energy of things after we give it a little love. Out in our garden we host a variety of wild life, insects,frogs, birds and a cat we rescued. Feel free to use the BBQ pit and the outdoor tub. This unit has 2 bedrooms, the upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and an in suite bathroom perfect for comfort and privacy. The lower level bedroom can fit 4guests it has a double size bed and a double size sofa-bed with it's own bathroom. In the living room we have a double size sofa that can be used as sofa-bed, If requested we can provide extra mattresses. Our limit for the Brick Home is 8 guests. Both rooms are air-conditioned. We also have an AC in the living room. If you did not book the Tree House expect that we may have other guests in the same compound Guests have access to the grill, garden and it's amenities like hammock, swing for kids, toys that I laid out in the garden and a veranda complete with table, chairs and books that can be borrowed during stay. This area is one of my favorite places in the house, perfect for afternoon tea or a glass of wine. I'll be gladly available for a chat, or to answers questions about Subic and about our community. If during your stay you wish to book a private yoga practice at the deck, class rate is 1k/hr. Quiet neighborhood, there is a pool 5min walk, also a park and a tennis court around the corner. Across the street there is a convenience store, and the public transportation passes by every 30min. There is public transportation, car rentals, and taxi services available for a reasonable price. Across the street Winstar will pass for passengers every 30min for only 11pesos. The Brick Home is in a compound, so if you did not book the tree house, be ready to come across other guests that might have booked it.
