Récemment rénové et restauré notre gîte dispose d'une cuisine toute équipée, une salle de bain privée, salon, terrasse, piscine, parc et jardin paysager. We have spent the last 6 years completely renovating the estate with modern comfort while respecting and reviving its heritage. As we have finally finished the renovations, we are excited to share our estate with likeminded people. All stays at Chateau de Miniere include: • A welcome gift from the vineyard owners • Complementary wine tasting on site at the vineyard wine shop • Access to the heated pool, pool house and estate park – with estate chickens, rabbits and honey bee hives • BBQ and Picnic area and seating • Complementary WIFI throughout bedroom, the chateau and estate • It is important to us that you feel comfortable and at home while staying at the chateau! Le gîte est totalement privé. Vous aurez accès à la piscine et au parc du domaine. As the estate is also a working vineyard (separate building), we offer a complementary wine tasting to all our guests as well as a guided tour of the park and history of the estate. Additionally, our wine shop employees are always happy to give recommendations and answer any and all of your questions. On the estate we speak English, French, and Dutch. The Chateau and estate is the perfect location if you wish to be surrounded by nature, excellent wine and vineyards, as well as be able to explore the historical castles and culture of the Loire Valley. Miniere is a 30 min or less drive from the famous: Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau, Langeais, Usse, Saumur, Fontevraud, Gizeux and Chinon. Additionally, the chateau is within a 10 minute drive from the city of Bourgueil which has multiple restaurants, bakery, butcher, grocery store etc. Located in the centre of the Loire, Chateau de Miniere is easily reached from London, Paris and Brussels.
