We live on adjacent property so we are available 24/7. Villa Splendor is located in small village Komaji in beautiful Konavle region. It is situated 3 mi away from Airport Dubrovnik, only 14,3 mi from Dubrovnik and about 10min drive from border of Montenegro. In village Čilipi, Center of the parish, local folk groups perform songs and dances of Konavle, every Sunday after Mass from Easter to late October and since our children sometimes perform you can see them, occasionally, in their national costumes, all dressed up. Cavtat is 6 mi away and there is a pathway from Čilipi to Cavtat for more adventurous people. There, you can find various beaches, restaurants, bars and shops along the seaside promenade. Public transportation is almost non existent so owning/ renting a car is essential. Taxi service, Uber and car rentals are just a phone call away. Cavtat, on the other hand, has excellent public transportation including boat rides to Dubrovnik ( so you can avoid hustle with traffic and finding a parking space ).
