This house has 4 bedroom with study/office area, 4 spacious living spaces and a big yard. Only 5 minutes to Westfield Shopping Centre, Costco. Walking distance to a beautiful Golf Course. Ample space for parking. It's beautiful! Main access to the upstairs family area, the lounge and dining area except formal lounge, laundry and the backyard patio. Powder room and toilet downstairs and separate bath and toilet upstairs. We are avid travellers having travelled to many destinations around the globe. We love the interaction and meeting with people but we also value and respect privacy and space. We are available anytime for any concern in person or via multimedia. Beautiful lakes and parklands, ideal for very close to shops, only a short drive to Redcliffe lagoon and beautiful beaches. Only 25km from Brisbane CBD which is approx 30 mins drive through traffic. Public transport is available but private car is ideal to get around. Bus stop is only 5 minute walk from the house. No drugs/smoking. Small dog ok.
