A new enclosed patio area outside in the front as well as the back linking to the lounge and swimming pool access, with a lovely outdoor entertainment area, allows you to enjoy a traditional South African “braai” while enjoying the beautiful Cape Town weather. The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with all the essentials including a large fridge and separate freezer, microwave, gas grill with double oven, dishwasher and kitchenware. The guest bathroom includes an open overhead shower, toilet and a double vanity. The main bathroom includes a “his and hers” double overhead shower and bath. There is a double garage which includes parking inside for 4 cars and outside for 5 cars There are fish and two dogs that live here and will need to be fed.
