Its modern clean design and exclusive interior will make your stay unforgettable. It's a great opportunity for whose who have always dreamt about trying how it feels to live in a houseboat and for architecture and design lovers. It was designed by a famous czech architects/designers SAD as a concept of modern living on water and not only there. Thanks to its modular conception it is possible to move it from one place to another in future and place it also on selected land. The space is usable all year around - heating and cooling is provided by the AC units. FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT The house is fully furnished with modern design furniture of tops brands, thanks to our exclusive partner Konsepti. All there to help you to better enjoy the magic of the place. There is small, but fully equipped kitchen for your use. Equipment includes : *refridgerator *dishwasher *induction cooker *microwave *Nespresso machine *electric kettle *dishes, pots & pans There will always be some basic groceries like olive oil, spices, coffee, tea, sugar etc. and also some cereals and milk for breakfast. Otherwise we strongly recommend our favourite place Homekitchen which is literally a few steps away as a perfect (not only) breakfast place. The bathroom situated in the bedroom is also something special for design lovers - your body will get its daily treatment surrounded by Bouroullec collection for Axor. You will always find a set of towels a hairdryer and basic cosmetic set for your daily use. You can look forward to a sleep on a unique, handcrafted bed from 100% purely natural materials by Saffron. One person can sleep on a sofa in the main living space. Baby cot / feeding chair can be arranged. Please note that we are changing the setting of the furniture from time to time so the photos used may not correspond 100% with the actual state of the furnishing. The guests will have access to the whole object - which consists of large open living space, separated kitchen, a toilette, bedroom with a bathroom and a huge terrace running all along. We always try to be there in person to welcome our guests and then let them fully enjoy their privacy, still being easily reachable for any assistance. We will be more than happy to share our insider tips to enjoy the neighbourhood and Prague. Only in case we are out of Prague we kindly ask our guests to check in by themselves and give them all necessary info beforehand. Holešovice has experienced dramatic change into into a vibrant, modern part of the city. The harbour has been redeveloped as a prestigious residential project and the neighbourhood is packed with nice bistros and restaurants. Just to name a few, our beloved Home kitchen with possibly best breakfasts ever, Marine Mare with fresh grilled seafood or ultimate Eatery for perfect dinner for two. On top of that, sushi, vietnamese, salad specials, pizza…all nice in one row under the same roof, just a few steps away. The place is easily accessible by public transport. 2 metro lines are reachable within 2-3 trams stops - closest red line metro station is Vltavská and Palmovka on the yellow line. From the tram stop (called Maniny) 5 min walk. Trams take you within 15 min to Oldtown square or Prague castle. If you prefer walking, 30 min walk will take you to the centre. ARRIVING FROM THE AIRPORT To get from the airport by public transport, its best and fastest to take bus no. 119 to Nadrazi Veleslavin, change to metro to the stop Hradcanska and then tram no 1 Maniny. This takes around an hour. You can also take an Airport express bus to Masarykovo nadrazi and then tram no. 3 to Maniny, but the price would be higher and it might make more sense to use a cab or and Uber especially when there's more of you. We also offer to book a transfer for a fixed price of 400 Kč to pick you up at the airport and takes you directly to our place. You will pay to the driver who acceps czech crowns and euro. This takes no more than 30 min. To be able to offer this service, you need to tell us your flight number your mobile phone number with roaming so that the driver can follow your flight info and reach you just in time when you are ready and explain where to meet you - usually in front of the Departures hall, 2nd floor. ARRIVING FROM THE TRAIN OR BUS STATION You take metro to Vltavska (red line) both from Florenc or Hlavni nadrazi and from there tram no. 1 or 25 to Maniny. Easy and quite fast, might take some 15 min.
