Our home is ultra modern apartment is located in fabulous Brighton in the trendy Martin St. Open plan living, lots of natural light, coffee shops, restaurants, Gardenvale train station and beach just a short walk away! We have a large balcony for fresh air, something hotel stays can not offer. SMART TV and unlimited WIFI. Our apartment is comfortable and secure. Carspot in underground parking. *** IMPORTANT PLEASE READ *** DURING THESE UNCERTAIN TIMES WE ARE: 1. Not having cleaning teams - only one cleaner at a time cleaning our apartments. 2. Taking extra precautionary measures during cleaning; wiping down all door handles, knobs and tv/air con remotes during every clean. 3. Asking these two questions of all guests at time of booking: Have you been in contact with anyone who has confirmed Coronavirus? Have you been overseas in the last 14 days? 4. Not seeing a trend of guests booking any of our apartments for self isolation or who have recently been overseas abroad. 5. You also have access to a push bike to adventure around and check out neighbouring suburbs; Elwood and St Kilda. Brighton is a beautiful beachside suburb of Melbourne and is serviced by trains - Gardenvale Station on the Sandringham line. Buses and trams also travel to Brighton. The apartment is walking distance to bustling Bay St and Church St of Brighton. Movie cinemas, large supermarkets, bars, pubs are all within a 15 minute walk down Asling St to Bay St. I look forward to meeting you and enjoy your stay! Can be flexible on check in and out times. Highchair, portacot, stoller and baby bath available at no extra charge. ***Secure parking in undercover garage with remote entry While the apartment is for 4 guests; a queen size bed in the master bedroom and double bed in the second bedroom we have capacity to host two more guests as there is a very comfortable sofa bed in the loungeroom. The sofa bed has a proper mattress, not a flimsy foam mattress. Extra guest charge per person per night is $AUD25.
