House with hot tub between Bristol/Bath. No groups

Couples/families only No groups please do not send a request if you are not a couple or family (parents and children) This Beautifully newly refurbished semi detached house is situated in a quiet residential close within the very popular town of keynsham and offers guests a prime location for visiting both Bristol and Bath as it sits within a 20 minute drive from the centre of both with the bonus of keynsham high street with its great bars and restaurants just a 10 minute walk away. The house is full of luxury with quality beds and black out blinds to insure a good nights sleep, a private garden and very cosy lounge with huge 75” HD TV. It’s the perfect hub to relax in after a day of exploring near by Bristol and Bath The entire house and garden is available to be enjoyed by guests including front drive that fits 2 cars I live right next door as I am working on my next project in the neighbouring property so unless I’m away in my caravan I will be around to help out with any local tips and information The property is within a residential close and is semi detached so is overlooked and not totally private. It is not the expected spot for a holiday home and although the neighbours are on board and supportive of this they do expect guests to be respectful when it comes to noise levels, which is why the property is not suitable for parties or groups of adults over 4 but perfect for small relaxing breaks and families upto 6 people with children. There is a 21:00 cut off time for use of the garden area this is to respect the near by neighbours. The house is within a residential street and is semi detached therefore there may be noise heard from neighbours and guests are expected to be respectful of the neighbours. The location is not on the doorstep of the heigh street so please be aware that transport or the ability to walk 10 minutes is a must
