Converted steading near Linlithgow

Quiet country cottage two miles from the historic town of Linlithgow. Use of car recommended as there is very limited bus service. Ideally situated for touring central Scotland, Edinburgh and Glasgow. Close to M9 and Queensferry Crossing. Many nearby locations used in the filming of Outlander, Blackness Castle (2 miles), Hopetoun House (6 miles), Culross (24 miles) Limited public transport available. Parking for two cars available. Cot and high chair available on request. There is a picnic bench and seating area outside the side door for guests to use. We live in the adjacent property and are happy to meet guests and are available most of the time. Also available on mobiles. The cottage is situated in a quiet location but only two miles from historic Linlithgow and ideally situated for touring central Scotland by car. Public transport is limited to a bus service to Edinburgh 4 times daily from the bottom of the road(a minutes walk). A car is recommended.
