This apartment is new and has everything you will need . The location is only 5 minutes drive to Sunshine Plaza with David Jones, Myer and loads of shops and food options. Maroochydore and Mooloolaba beaches are close by as well (5-7km) and local bus stop is at the end of the street. Australia Zoo, Sea life Mooloolaba, Ginger Factory, TreeTop challenge -Big Pineapple, Buderim waterfalls and other attractions within 30min drive. The apartment is self-contained and attached to the main house, it has seperate access and large private verandah over looking the tropical pool. It has a Kitchenette with microwave, stove top, fridge and sink (No Oven.) Bedroom has Queen Tempura massage bed, Ensuite and Walk in robe. There is a carpark space in front of the garage, with private access to the unit through the backyard. The entire apartment is yours to use and there is also a gate to the garden and pool area that you are free to use at anytime. The apartment has its own washing machine and there is a clothes line outside on the verandah. The entire verandah outside the apartment has blinds that can be pulled down to block, wind and rain, providing a lovely outside area and extra space. We are on site to help with any questions or concerns. There is a bakery/coffee shop at the end of the street called "The wonkey loaf" coffee is excellent and they have delicious almond croissants. There is aThai restaurant within easy walking distance 500 metres. The Thai restaurant has delicious food and is BYO, or you can easily order and pick up through their online ordering system. Local shops are only 1 km away with an IGA, butcher, chemist, bakery, Pizza, fish and chips and we also have another shopping centre with Coles, KFC, Hane sushi, newsagent, bottle shop, cafe, Dr and chemist. This is a family orientated neighbourhood with lots of experiences, natural parks and rainforest walks nearby and a short trip to the beach 5 km. Bus stop at end of Tallow wood drive. There is room in the bedroom for a portable cot.
