The Fahrenheitstraat is just around the corner which offers a wide variety of shops and cosy restaurants! The beautiful apartment from the thirties with lots of authentic features is situated in a populair area called ‘bomenbuurt’. Much appreciated by Dutch people, expats and tourists due to all the nearby facilities and so close to the beach! A straight stown stairs with bars on both sides for easy access leads to this 1st floor apartment. The large master bedroom has a kingsize bed and a lovely view overlooking the canal. It has direct access to the spacious bathroom with a shower/bath. The 2nd bedroom has a comfortable Ikea bed that can be used as a single or double bed. The spacious and light living room has a dining area with a cosy view and a relaxing sitting area with tv. The original sliding doors can turn the dining area into a private work area as well. The kitchen offers a fridge/freezer, oven/microwave, dishwasher and a nespresso machine. It has access to the cosy balcony to enjoy your complementary coffee/tea in the morning sun. There is a large walk-in closet to stow all your luggage and clothing. A washing machine, dryer and ironing board are there to complete your stay! Parking is always possible in front of the building. It is free till 18:00 and free all day at a 5 min walk in the next neighbourhood. Easy access from the railway stations by tram. The area is very safe, cosy and charming and people enjoy living here due to its perfect location close to the beach, all the nearby shops and cosy restaurants and other facilities. Met de tram ben je zo overal in de stad en aan het strand. Parkeren kan gratis voor de deur tot 18:00 en op 5 minuten lopen de gehele dag. By tram you can go anywhere in the city and to the beach. Free parking in the street till 18:00 and free parking all day at a 5 min walk.
