This apartment has just been renovated. The bathroom with shower and toilet (large daylight window) has been completely renewed and, although it is very narrow, offers enough storage space. A hair dryer is available. The new kitchen has been installed and is fully equipped with dishes for 12 people, dishwasher, 4-burner stove (ceramic), oven, microwave, coffee machine (Senseo), toaster, kettle, a large fridge-freezer and a washing machine. A dryer is in the house and can be used by our guests free of charge. The living room and bedroom face the street, but are not visible from the outside. The bedroom offers two single bunk beds (90x200 cm, sturdy enough for adults) and a box spring double bed (2x90x200 cm) as well as enough possibilities to store your clothes, both hanging and in drawers. TV and BluRay player are also available. The bedroom is very spacious and has external blinds for darkening. In the living room there are two spacious couches, one of which can be used as a bed (with additional mattress) (80x200 cm). There is also a 49 "LEDTV with BluRay player as well as a small desk and enough possibilities to store your things. This apartment is equipped for a maximum of 5 people and is located in the front building of the property, accessible via 5 steps. Since the Schröderstraße is a one-way street, the traffic here is very limited. The parking spaces here are very popular, but since they are very expensive during the day in front of the house (1 EUR / hour), there is always a place to unload or load the car for arrival and departure. We offer private parking nearby at a price of 30 EUR / week. Our house also offers an inner courtyard with enough shady seating that is available to our guests. In total there are 5 apartments in this house, so you will probably find a place with us if this apartment is already occupied by the desired period. Just ask.
