The villa has stylish microcement floors. The four double beds have new & comfortable visco mattresses. (Size of the double mattresses: 2 beds with 2m x 1,80m , 2 beds with 2m x 1,60m). All bathrooms are newly renovated in minimalistic style and have a rain shower. The house is equipped with high-speed fiber optic WIFI (up to 500MBit) and a 50 flat screen. The upper floor and the guest house have AirCon. In the ground floor a nice constant ocean breeze keeps the heat away. For any case, it is equipped with fans. A washing kitchen provides a washing machine. PARKING: The villa provides 2 privat parking slots GARDEN In the beautiful green garden you find various sun loungers, dining table & chill out furniture. The property has around 700sqm. The whole property is fenced and for exclusive use for the guests. Note: As typical for Spanish finca-style houses the roof terrace do partly only have low railings; the pool is not separately fenced (no child security). The property is built on different levels --therefore, it is not useful for persons with mobility problems. The villa provides two privat parking slots. The property is located in a residential area -> quiet, save with no traffic noise.
