This beautiful apartment is located in a relatively modern development known as Las Góndolas, in the most northern residential area of La Manga called Veneciola. Comfortable, cosy and full of every detail that will ensure you have a unique stay. This apartment is distributed over one floor and has a bright living-dining room with a comfy sofa bed and smart TV, independent fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, family bathroom with bath, two bedrooms, one with double bed and the second one with twins, both with TVs, and of course, a large terrace, perfect to enjoy the good weather! The apartment has got air conditioning and wifi connection. Points to highlight: Dogs allowed with prior notice (25€ fee for the whole stay). Smoking inside of the apartment is not allowed. Otherwise, it will result in the loss of your deposit. Arrivals between 9pm and 12am need to be confirmed before booking and a late check in fee of €30 will apply. There is a small supermarket in the same street and many shops, bars, restaurants, farmacy... 3 km from the apartment there is a big supermarket (Spar) and the Tomás MAestre MArina is about 5 minutes by car, in this area (Tomás Maestre) there is a Multi Sport Center with tennis, paddle and footbal courts, and with very complete interior installations, such as a gym with sea views, all the installations can be used by visitors, which can also enjoy the large number of classes like Zumba, Pilates...
