The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a swimming pool and a barbecue. In the house you will find traditional wooden furniture with cabriole legs, an air-conditioner in every room and lots of sophisticated details from a fireplace in the living room to a bar table in the kitchen. Essentials, linen, and towels provided alongside a hairdryer. There is parking available for guests. LIVING ROOM & DINING: The charming living room has two sofas, a coffee table, a flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead to the sunny terrace. There is another living room with a fireplace adjusted to the elegant dining room that can seat up to 10 people. KITCHEN: The spacious kitchen has all the amenities you need to cook a delicious meal including a coffee machine, a fridge, a stove, 2 ovens, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a dishwasher. It also has a bar table and chairs for a quick meal. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: There are four bedrooms in the house, and each of them has its own style and character. The master bedroom has a double bed and each of the other three bedrooms has two single beds. There is a wardrobe and an air conditioner in all the bedrooms. The house has three bathrooms, two with a bathtub and one with a shower. Bathroom essentials, linen and towels are provided alongside a hairdryer. HOUSE RULES: ALTIDO Portugal wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay: - Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets - Dispose of rubbish appropriately - Keep the property clean and tidy - Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected - Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building - Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space This home is managed by ALTIDO Portugal. Colares is a popular tourist destination well-known for its scenic beauty, famous monuments and ancient history which goes back to pre-Roman times. The property is located just a short walk away from the Praia Grande beach, where you can try surfing. Colares is very old wine-producing area and we advice you to visit the Regional Winery, 10 minutes away. Getting around There is parking available for guests. The property is just a 20-minute drive away from Sintra and 40 mins drive from Lisbon.
