Completely renovated and modern inside, it is 5 minutes walk from the historic center of the Etruscan town of Chiusi. LIVING ROOM The spacious and bright living room has a large window overlooking the surrounding olive trees. The room is furnished in a modern style with a large sofa (which can be transformed into a double bed if necessary), a dining table and a 43 "Smart TV 4k where you can watch a good movie on Netflix. BEDROOM The bedroom, modern in all its components, has a double bed with a white steel structure and romantic decoration. The bedroom also has a chest of drawers and a 2-door wardrobe ideal for storing your clothing. KITCHEN The completely new kitchen has a dishwasher, a kettle and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine where you can prepare excellent coffee or cappuccino. At the side of the kitchen there is a large fireplace ideal for warming up in the winter or for preparing excellent barbecues in the summer.
