A brand new, air-conditioned, furnished apartment with a drawing room, 2 bedrooms with wooden flooring, kitchen, one toilet, one bathroom and a 150 sq ft garden. The second bedroom is small. The area around is very clean and lovely and you will have restaurants, groceries, laundry services, chemists within walking distance and a bus to go to the mall. There is also a cupboard for your use. The kitchen has a gas and a fridge. There are also plates, cups, glasses, kettle, toaster, hangers etc. On your arrival, there will be welcome kit of tea and snacks. If you really need something, let me know and I will try to get it for you. Do be in touch for any customisation. Treat the flat as if it were your own, meaning keep it clean and safe :). A maid is available. You may ask her to work and pay her accordingly. The building society requires us to make a lease agreement and police verification for guest stays. The whole flat I can be contacted by email or phone or (Hidden by Airbnb) . This is a new (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) acre city that Lodha is making. Their vision is to make it among the top 50 cities of the world. With around 60% of open space, the air quality is extremely good. The place is clean and organized. Very unlike any Indian city. There are grocers, laundry services, restaurants within walking distance. There is also a temple and botanical gardens. Uber and Ola are available. The building society requires us to make a lease agreement. And police identification. The maid will hand over the keys and assist in check in. At checkout please hand the keys back to her.
