This home boasts 3 double bedrooms and a beautiful saltwater swimming pool set amongst a stunning mediterranean garden. This home is ideal for families or friends. Pets are allowed at an extra cleaning cost of 100€ per week. Portable aircon units can be hired at 30€ each per week. This charming home is owned by a local contemporary artist, whose work adorns the walls of the house. This home has a stunning mediterranean garden, filled with local flora and cactus. The pool is a saltwater pool and has a waterfall massage feature. The bedrooms are all doubles, with ample wardrobe and storing spaces for your clothes. There is an open plan kitchen and eat-in space. The kitchen has everything you will need. Electric oven, gas stove, Microwave, coffee machine and all required utensils. There is a washing machine and mtumble dryer. There is a large spacious living room/dining room. There is a TV and WIFI available throughout. The master bedroom has air-conditioning. This house does not have airconditioning except in the master bedroom,however, portable aircon units can be hired if required at 30 each per week. Pets are allowed with and additional cost for cleaning at 100€ per week. All bedding and towels are provided. The property is located 500 meters from Sant Pere de Ribes where there are a few shops, restaurants, and a market as well as a 12th century castle. Three kilometers away is Sitges, a fabulous destination with lots of gorgeous beaches (17 to be exact!). Sitges is also home to many chic boutiques, restaurants, and cafes as well as a cinema. Today it’s renowned for its annual film festival in October and its carnival held between the months of February and March. During this time there are concerts, parades, and dances where the whole town will be celebrating. The main sights in Sitges include the Church of San Bartolome y Santa Tecla and the Palau Maricel. When you’d like to venture a bit further, the perfect destination for a day trip is Barcelona. Take a drive and visit Las Ramblas, the Park Guell, and the Sagrada Familia Church. There are also countless restaurants, shops, and activities.
