Two-room apartment located on Lake Iseo in a complex with swimming pool. The apartment, about 50 square meters, is located on the ground floor of a residence with a direct view of the lake. The house consists of a large living room with kitchenette equipped with appliances, a 4-seater table, an area with a queen-size sofa bed, TV and WiFi connection.A comfortable bedroom furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and two bedside tables. There is also a second television. The bathroom has a cabinet with mirror, shower, washing machine and hairdryer. Guests have access to a private outdoor area equipped with table and chairs at the front of the apartment, and another private area at the back equipped with 2 relaxation chairs. The apartment is equipped with two deck chairs that can be placed by the pool. At 50 mt. from the residence there is a small beach accessible to all. The railway passes 50 meters away with local trains with limited frequency. The opening of the residence swimming pool is subject to precise anti-Covid rules which could jeopardize its closure without notice.
