Garden House, quiet, near Milan and the Lake Area is a private ground floor apartment with independent access, surrounded by the extensive gardens of our family home where you can relax after a busy day in Milan or a trip to the Lakes. You have a private patio that overlook the gardens of the propriety with seating area and dining table.The apartment is tastefully furnished with all facilities to make a most comfortable home from home.(Licence: CIR012026-CNI-00004) The apartment is tastefully furnished with beautiful handmade lamps ans vases created by the host; it comprises a large, cozy bed/sitting room with a comfortable double bed and a single bed, bathroom with shower and a fully-fitted kitchen area with travertino worktop, induction hob , fridge, toaster, cutlery and crockery. There is also a whashing machine. Towels, toiletries, linen and hairdryer, are supplied. It is equipped with: wi-fi internet connection (please note that, at peak times of day, you may experience slow speeds), and own ample parking. It is perfect for two or three people. It is higly recommended to bring your own car as the house is more than 1 km from nearest shops and bus station and 5 km from the train station and you can safely park your car just outsude your apartment. We will be at your disposal in case of need, We we can speak English and Italian and a little of french, we will happy to tell you about tourist attractions and places to eat and drink locally. The house is situated in the outskirts of the town of Busto Arsizio on the route from Milan to the Lake Area and Switzerland: by car is 15 minutes from Malpensa Airport, 25 minutes from Maggiore Lake, 20 minute from Milan-Rho Fair Centre, 30 minute from Milan City and Como Lake, 1 hour from Lugano. There is a Sporting Centre with a nice restaurant, swimming pool, tennis fields and croquet lawns nearby. Yuo can easly go to Milan both by car or by train, the train station is at 5 minute by car and ther is a big free parking nearby. The trains to Milan are, more or less, every 30 minutes. There are many other trips to the lakes, for which you'll can find planty of indication and brochure in the apartment. The nearest supermarket is at 5 minutes by car, a little market is at 3 minutes. There is no public transport nearby, so we recommend having a car available during your stay. It is possible to park your car safely inside our property. Pets are always welcome guests.
