Cosy apartment in rosegarden (peaceful & calm)

The beautiful apartment is located in Rosegarden directly in front of Hamburg ( 25 min by car or about 1 hour by public transport). The village called Ehestorf is a very exclusive residental area with exposed mansions. As you can see from the aerial photography the apartment is in the middle of a forest which offers you a lot of peace and silence. It is the perfect choice if you search for a combination of peaceful nature und urban adventure. We have completely refurnished the apartment with love in february 2018. With a touch maritim flair, as the river Elbe und the Hamburg harbrour are only 20 minutes away by car. You will find a separate entrance door, so you will have your complete privacy. The flat is located in the souterrain . One the first and second floor other families are living permanentely. An own parking place is next to the house. 15 car minutes away from Ehestorf is the city called Harburg (Part of the city Hamburg) where you can go shopping, go to the movies or drink a coffee. In Harburg you can leave your car and take to commuter train to Hamburg (20 minutes). It is also possible to reach Hamburg without a car, this will take 5 min. walk to the bus (No.340), 30 min. by bus and 20 min. by commuter train. It is a region where an own car will simplify your ways. For rental periods of <2 weeks, the final cleaning is 50 €. For rental periods over 2 weeks, we clean every 2 weeks obligatory for 50 euros per cleaning. Example rental period 6 weeks, 3 cleanings a 50 euros = 150 euros.
