Lytham Promenade View - Exclusive Use of Top Floor

East Beach is situated on Lytham's famous Green with far-reaching views across the seafront to Southport. Our guest accommodation comprises the whole of the Edwardian villa's top floor with two generously sized bedrooms and a huge bathroom. The rooms have been furnished in mid century decor complemented by all the usual modern comforts. Lytham town centre and all its excellent shopping and leisure facilities are a short stroll along the promenade past the landmark Windmill. Both rooms have a sofa bed that will accommodate 1 extra adult or two children under 16. The Ping Pong Room : Spanning the whole 30 foot depth of the house, this room is bright and airy with ample space for resting and playing! Decorated in seaside shades with matching soft furnishings, the room has quirky artifacts from the mid 20th century. A full sized fridge,microwave,toaster and kettle are provided for guests use. An extensive retro vinyl collection is available for your entertainment and a full sized ping pong table can be erected on request (with all the equipment). The Ribble Room: This equally spacious room continues the retro house theme and boasts a similar colour scheme and furnishings. The room also has a full size fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster.There is also a television and a bluetooth speaker. It has fabulous views over the River Ribble and The Green to Southport - Lancashires biggest picnic site! Bathroom: The final room on the top floor has a fully tiled walk -in rainhead shower and a deep cast-iron bathtub that happily accommodates 2 people (or kids!). The remainder of the bathroom is finished in neutral travertine tiling and flooring and provides a calming oasis for your holiday pampering sessions. Hygiene is very important to us especially at this time so we are currently observing government directives on social distancing. Guest access is through the main entrance and up two flights of stairs to the second floor. We are resident in the property on the ground and first floors and will be contactable either in person or will provide mobile phone numbers in our absence. Lytham is a quaint seaside town with a Victorian ambience, and has extensive historic green spaces ideal for a stroll, run. or cycle. The main shopping streets hold an array of independent retailers together with the usual high street names. Lytham is also well served by a good choice of restaurants, pubs and bars - there genuinely is something for every taste. We are also close to the beaches and attractions of St.Annes on Sea and Blackpool, or even a trip to the Lake District Most of the local facilities are easily accessed on foot, a short bus ride (bus stop 2 minutes away) or a very short car trip. Lytham railway station is approximately a 10 minute walk. Included in your room rate is a selection of breakfast items served fresh daily. These include cereals, fruit,yoghurts and locally baked bread and croissants.
