Amazing 4 Bedroom 3.5 bath 4,000 Square foot Split level with an Indoor Pool! Gorgeous sunken living room with stone gas fireplace. Newly updated kitchen with coffee/wet bar area. 3 Large bedrooms upstairs including Master with private bath. Amazing lower level with 4th bedroom, pool table, wet bar, Indoor Sauna and Indoor full size Pool! Park like backyard with Fountain, brick patio, Playset. This is our private residence so we do limited bookings but love to make your experience special. POOL: Our Indoor Pool is fully heated (usually around 85 degrees) so Rain/Shine/even SNOW! you can swim. Swim toys/noodles/dive sticks/goggles/towels/swim diapers all provided! 3 feet deep at the shallow end and 9 feet at the deep end. SAUNA: Just off the pool is our Indoor Sauna and it is amazing for our cold Wisconsin winters. Feel free to use some of our essential oils to make this the most relaxing getaway. LIVING ROOM: Open concept with vaulted ceilings. Easy use gas fireplace in living room- remote controlled to sit back, relax and pour yourself a glass of wine. Large comfy reclining sofa, love seat, and recliner with large TV including all of your favorite apps. Feel free to use Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, and Sling. Living room is open to the dining room area which features a large wood farmhouse table with seating up to 8 people. REC ROOM: Want to play some pool? All of the pool sticks and supplies available for a fun game of Pool. Put our topper on the pool table and now you can play Ping Pong!! Endless hours of entertainment. Wet bar area with mini fridge and sitting area with sectional couch and another smart TV with all of your favorite apps. KID FRIENDLY: We can accommodate kids with Crib or Pack N Play. Toys can be provided ( Indoor and outdoor) * Kiddie pool, play kitchen, books, tent & More! When the weather is nice feel free to enjoy our outdoor play set with swings and tube slide. KITCHEN: Fully updated spacious modern kitchen equipped with all cookware dishes, utensils, microwave, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. Bake away in the double convection ovens and gas cooktop. Coffee bar with mini fridge and a fun array of unique glassware including beer and wine glasses. Four seat eat-in island (booster seat and high chair available on request. BEDROOMS: Upper level large master bedroom with on suite vanity and full bathroom, smart TV, and King bed. Upper level also features two other bedrooms, one with Queen bed and crib, and the other with a bunk bed. We also have a queen air mattress available on request. One bedroom on lower level with Queen bed is cozy and has direct pool access. BATHROOMS: Three full bathrooms all include amenity baskets in case you may have forgotten something for your visit (toothbrush, razors, shampoo, etc.). Two blow dryers are provided. BACKYARD: We have a spacious fenced-in back yard featuring a large patio area with small water feature. Multiple sitting areas and plenty of outdoor seating. You have access to a large gas grill, gas fire pit, sports equipment, kids play set. Outdoor lighting makes this the perfect place for an evening gathering. We are also pet friendly! Your critters will love roaming around the large yard. LAUNDRY: Feel free to use our washer and dryer located right off the kitchen. You will find everything you need right above the dryer We assign a code to the front door for each individual guest shortly before check-in. This is a rental for the entire house so you will have access to the whole property except for the garage, lower basement area, and master bedroom closet (separate clothes hanging provided). Driveway parking is available for up to 6 cars. No unauthorized guests on property. Any unauthorized guests found to be on property can lead to immediate termination of rental and additional fee’s. We will always be available by phone for any questions or concerns. ( Text or Calls) Depending on rental time we may be local and available in person for any issues. House is located in amazing Milwaukee location just minutes from many stores. This wooded neighborhood makes you feel like you are tucked away from the city life but just a minute around the corner and you can access anything you need! We hope you so the same and are respectful during your visit. We ask that you wash your hands and wipe down surfaces after use. Extra hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies will be provided and placed around the property for your use. Our property is a 100% non-smoking environment. If you need to smoke please do so ONLY outdoors and dispose of your cigarettes afterward. Our house comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 2-4 kids. Please let us know the size of your group so we can help you make proper accommodations. We charge extra per person per night over 6 guests. We do not allow groups over 10 people. We require disclosure of everyone who will be on our property at anytime. If there are any unauthorized guests/persons on the property it could be grounds for immediate termination of your rental and extra fees. We have one exterior camera (a ring doorbell). Please be aware of its existence. It is to protect our property and for the safety of guests. You may see wildlife running on or near the property. Deer, turkeys, raccoons, and occasionally coyotes. Please don't leave trash outside and keep your pets attended at all times. During winter months we will provide a shovel and salt in case of inclement weather. If there happens to be a large storm feel free to contact us and we will try to assist with snow removal in any way we can. If you have any house emergency (electrical, plumbing, etc.) please contact us as soon as possible and we will help take care of the issue quickly. No refund will be made due to power outages or malfunctions with TVs, internet service, hot tub, pool, heater, water heater, or other equipment and appliances, or for carpet stains, or for the sighting of insects or other animals. These things are normal occurrences and we do our best to keep our home in the best possible shape. Should any of these things (or any other factor you deem unacceptable) we will do our best to mitigate problems per AirBnB’s host guidelines. We do require state issued government ID to be uploaded with Airbnb prior to your stay. (This allows us to assure you are a verified member)
