Rulow Cottage is a converted barn at the edge of the Peak District, with beautiful views. The property is ideally located for access to the Peak District and Buxton. It is also an easy train ride from Manchester. It is ideal as an overnight stop for stage 1 and 2 of the Gritstone Trail being a 10 minute walk from Tegg's Nose Country Park It is ideal for a couple or young family. The main room is an open plan living-dining-bedroom with high ceilings, plenty of light and views across the hills and plains. There is a large double bed at one end of this room and a sofa bed in the lounge area at the other. This is suitable for 1 adult or a couple of children. The dining table seats up to 6 when extended. There is a tiled room suitable for storing clean bicycles etc inside. There is a small kitchen with a hot plate, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender and slow cooker. Plus utensils, cookware and crockery. There is a dishwasher. The utility room has a fridge, freezer and washing machine. There is one internal step down to the kitchen area. The bathroom has a bath and shower plus sink and wc. Outside is bench for soaking up the views and the sun. There is parking for one car on a shared drive. You can also park on the road, it is a derestricted country lane, we park there when necessary. There are steps up to the front door of the property and stepped changes of level inside. There is a keysafe for accessing the accommodation. It is selfcheck in and out. The property is separate and has its own entrance. Our home is adjacent. Rulow Cottage is set on the edge of the Peak District on a country lane near Macclesfield. The cottage is 1.5 miles from Macclesfield station. It is a 10 minute walk from the Gritstone Trail and the Peak National Park.
