Wood, kindling and firelighters included in charge hence it is £4 more per night in the winter months. WiFi (intermittent)not good enough for streaming but good 4 G signal. Freeview TV Good cooking facilities Log woodburner wintertime but this is unguarded so not suitable for young children. Separate bathroom (please note bath does have very poor water pressure as you might expect in a country property) Electric blanket in winter This property is surrounded by fields so sometimes when the farmers are harvesting or drilling there maybe dust about even when the cottage is regularly cleaned. There also may be the odd spider or cobweb! Owners property is on site but some distance away and not overlooking it....but dogs are let out a couple of times a day and may come over to say hello and cats are on the property. If you don’t like animals you maybe happier booking somewhere else. Patio area for own use and car parking . Seperate access and parking so you can come and go as you please may see us in the distance coming and going in our garden Leominster is situated on A44 and is the gateway to Wales. Herefordshire is renowned for fantastic food ,pubs and scenary. Famous Hay Festival is about 30 mins by car. Wye valley great for canoeing. Wonderful walking country a few minutes drive. Walking distance from Leominster where there are a range of pubs and restaurants, railway station ( about 30 mins walk ) Lockable storage available on request. The extra charge £15 per night is for use of the sofa bed ie if two friends book and one uses the sofabed it is charged It is really a laundry charge. There is fairly poor water pressure throughout as it is a secluded property but the shower is electric and power assisted so not affected. A bath will take a fairly long time to run! This property is surrounded by fields that are farmed so in periods of harvest and drilling there may be dust even after regular cleaning . There could be also the odd spider and cobweb that is missed. It is rustic, rural retreat in a great location with a homely atmosphere it is not pristine newly decorated property. The owners do have very friendly dogs and cats about the property I do not feel the property is suitable for toddlers due to the woodburner being unguarded and dogs that may bounce up to say hello !
