Villa Joanna is approved by Greek Tourism Organisation with license number: 1041K131K2602101 & managed by "etouri vacation rental management". Villa Joanna is a generously proportioned (200sqm) and a perfectly clean modern villa, which can accommodate up to 10 people in beds. Peacefully positioned, in a beautiful gently rolling countryside of olives groves and in a set of very large and pleasant low-walled gardens. The villa is built on a 2,000 sqm plot of land, among olive groves and it is fenced by a low wall of beautifully arranged gardens with flower beds and some palm trees. In the rear part, there is a large private ecological heated pool and a separate childrens pool. There are sun loungers and umbrellas around the swimming pool area. Additionally an organised children playground is found in the garden. On the ground floor of the house, there is a living room for up to 10 people which offers a HDTV, video games and air-condition. Right after the living room, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 6 people and a balcony. Finally, there is a bedroom with 2 single beds, en-suite bathroom and balcony. Going up the staircase which is located in the living room of the house, you find yourself in a corridor which will guide you to the 2 remaining bedrooms. Both of them include a king size bed and one single bed, air-conditioning, big wardrobe, safe deposit box, en-suite bathroom and balconies with great view. One of them offers a small kitchenette (2 electrical hobs, fridge and sink), a baby cot and can be isolated from the other bedroom by an extra closing door. Right next to the entrance of the main house, there is the entrance of a separate 35 sqm studio, built within the main house. The studio offers a kitchenette (2 electrical hobs, sink, fridge, microwave), a dining table for 4 people, 2 armchairs, a big wardrobe, a 5 sqm bathroom with shower and a 15 sqm bedroom with 2 single beds, air-conditioning and a balcony. The villa is built on a 2,000 sqm plot of land among olive groves and it is fenced by a wall of beautifully arranged gardens with flower beds and some palm trees. The beautifully landscaped outdoor area of the villa offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation. - 60 sq. m heated swimming pool, which also has a shallow area for children. There are no additional charges in the price! Payment Schedule The deposit needed in order to secure the booking, is the 25% of the total cost of the reservation. The remaining balance is due to be paid 20 days prior to the guest’s arrival. Cancellation Policy If a booking is cancelled 4 months prior to the guest’s check-in date, the deposit is refundable. Otherwise, if the reservation is cancelled after the above period, the deposit is non-refundable. If a booking is cancelled 20 days or less prior to the guest’s check-in date, the balance paid is non-refundable.
