The gallery house completed in August 2016 was comprehensively renovated in 2017 and is unique in its kind. It is open towards the front and is flooded with light through the many windows. It provides around 100m² on two floors, with a modern and romantic flair. The modern kitchen provides all the necessary utensils for self-catering, as well as a dishwasher, toaster, JURA espresso machine, induction hob, oven etc. The light dining space in the gallery invites you to dine and sit together sociably. The gallery also has a desk with a PC and free 150 Mbit Internet/Wi-Fi. Adjacent to the gallery there is the living room with a corner sofa and a 60” LED TV with free Pay TV. The sofa can be used as a bed for one person. It is also possible to set up an inflatable bed (95 x 200cm). There are two bedrooms on the upper floor. The first is furnished with a double bed (180cm), and a French bed that is screened off (140cm wide). The second bedroom has a kingsize bed (160cm) and a wardrobe. There are a further three beds on the open gallery: a sofa bed (160cm) for two people and a further inflatable bed (95 x 200cm) for one person. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and a WC. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. The shared green site of around 2800m² is fully fenced in. There are four private parking spaces and a 45m² terrace. There is an electronic gate to the property. The terrace has a Weber gas grill (May to September). Gas for the grill can be provided for a fee. Next to the gallery house there is the owner’s house, who is happy to provide advice and recommendations. Please note that it is a non-smoking house, but you can smoke on the terrace. The accommodation is rented out to five people, but it is possible to accommodate up to nine people. The additional beds are then partly supplementary inflatable beds. Note that space gets rather tight if there are eight or more people. If you are planning a party or event, this must be notified in advance and agreed by the owner. Owing to the ideal location, there are good connections to all large cities in Nordrhein Westfalen such as Bochum, Essen, Dortmund, Cologne, Düsseldorf.
