hi! you get an excellent value for money deal in this house. you will get amenities like wifi, airconditioner, mattresses, blankets, pillows,bedsheets, water purifier,water heater, bathroom essentials like soap,shampoo,working table,chair, aroma oil diffuser,iron etc. its a nice budget home suited for everyone who want a decent place to stay in mumbai. NOTE : its on the 4th floor without lift. you have to climb 60 odd steps by (Website hidden by Airbnb) you get a best value for money deal if you can manage its location and the value for money that guests get is the unique thing about this house you will get the entire property to use,not shared with anyone. I'll just be a call away for any help. Am a friendly person and like interacting with people about their life stories if time permits. Also with that i like to give full privacy to my guests the place is at a center location from all parts of mumbai. its a quite residential place. there are many multi-cuisine restaurants,coffee shops, shopping malls,market,jogging parks,wine shops nearby at about 5-10 mins distance. Also there are many places to visit like: Airport-15 kilometer or 9 miles National park-4 kilometers Aksa beach, marve beach,gorai beach, Global Vipassana Pagoda : 4-6 kms juhu beach- 14 km Bombay exhibition center-10 km bandra kurla complex- 20 km transportation is easily available 24/7. kandivali railway station is 1 km or 12 minutes walking bus stop - 100 meters airport-14 kilometers autos and cabs are available 24/7. parking is not available inside the building but there are safe places to park outside wifi may not work sometime if there is a technical issue though it does not happen 90 percent of the time.
