SOUS LE CÈDRE - In the heart of Nantes

Sous le Cèdre is a charming apartment in the heart of the city, in a popular area of Nantes. Completely renovated in 2019, it has two bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to six travellers. If you spend a few days or a few weeks in Nantes, for professional reasons or holidays / weekends, don't miss to stay in this unique place ! The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (with lift) of a beautiful old building. With a surface area of 65 m², it consists of an entrance hall which serves : -a closed kitchen, perfectly equipped: fridge, combined oven, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, gas hob and many kitchen utensils. -a shower room with WC. -a living room with a flat screen television and an internet connection. -a first spacious bedroom, equipped with a queen size bed (160X200) and a small desk. -a second bedroom with two single beds (90X190). -a big dressing room. For your comfort, you will also have access to a washing machine, a clothes line as well as an iron and ironing board. The Cocoonr Agency The accommodation Sous le Cèdre is managed by the Cocoonr Agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on the spot by a member of our team who will introduce you to the apartment, how it works and give you the keys. Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided and the beds are made on arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few pods of Nespresso coffee and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar. Neighbourhood and transport By staying at Sous le Cèdre, you benefit from a privileged location : a pedestrian area for your greatest pleasure. Thus, from the foot of the building, you can see the entrance to the famous Pommeraye passage. You can also stroll and discover the many shops in the rue Crébillon or observe the majestic Opera House on Place Graslin. You can also choose to visit the Natural History Museum or discover the Cours Cambronne which are both 5 min away. For walkers, getting to the Castle of the Dukes of Brittany takes no more than fifteen minutes. To eat and enjoy your stay, you can count on the many restaurants, brasseries and cafés in the town centre. As for transport: everything is there ! Buses C1,C3,C6,11 and 23 are 2 minutes walk away, stop "Saint Nicolas". Tram lines 1, 2 and 3 are a 5-minute walk from the "Commerce" stop. By taking the tram at "Commerce" line 1, you can reach the train station in 10 minutes. For the airport, shuttles are available from the train station. And if you decide to explore the city by bike, Bicloo (self-service bike) stations are available throughout the city (one station is just two minutes from your apartment).
